Our mission is to provide our value-added service as a supplement to existing health and wellness programs by reducing healthcare costs, empowering end-user health management and improving communication between healthcare entities through the integration of our highly skilled contact center and advanced technology to provide personal attention and critical medical information on-demand at any hour throughout the world. |

MEDICAL411, LLC was inspired by a Registered Nurse who dealt with critically ill and trauma patients who were often unable to communicate. Many times family notification was very difficult or impossible, and always very time consuming. Patients and their families would arrive at the ER assuming the hospital had resources to obtain critical information such as medications, allergies & medical history. Without immediate access to this information, patients are forced to wait while missing doses can add to the complexity of their care.
Through collaboration between physicians, nurses, EMS, patient’s, patient families and many other people involved in the daily healthcare facility operations, we created a system to manage information while providing global access that is easily accessible to our subscribers and their healthcare providers any time of day or night. MEDICAL411 is uniquely equipped to provide our subscribers with peace of mind, improve the overall quality of care and reduce the total cost of health care.
